Directions:-

From Dundee. (Approx 22 mile) Cross the Tay Bridge. Take the A92 toward Kirkcaldy. Pass through 3 roundabouts staying on the A92. Go through Kilmany and Rathillet, then pass the right hand turn to Luthrie. We are the first house on the left. Old cream house with a flat roof.

From Kirkcaldy. (Approx 25 mile) Take the A92 toward the Tay Bridge (Dundee). Past Glenrothes, Freuchie and Ladybank staying on the A92. Straight through Melville Lodges roundabout staying on the A92. Past Letham and Fernie staying on the A92. Straight through Parbroath crossroads staying on the A92. 1,1 mile on there are six houses on the right hand side, we are the old cream house with flat roof, the last of the six houses.

From Cupar. (Approx 5 mile) Take the A913 toward Perth. Turn right at Parbroath crossroads onto the A92. 1,1 mile on there are six houses on the right hand side, we are the old cream house with flat roof, the last of the six houses.

From Perth. (Approx 20 mile) Head toward the A913 to Newburgh and Cupar. Carry on the A913 until the Parbroath crossroads, turn left onto the A92 toward the Tay Bridge. 1,1 mile on there are six houses on the right hand side, we are the old cream house with flat roof, the last of the six houses.
